I switched to a mediterranean style diet after being diagnosed with absurdly high cholesterol! In one single month I lost 20lbs without even exercising (my messed up back makes it hard), it was super easy to do, the only down side is that fish is expensive, and too much tinned fish is bad for my sodium intake. You are going to have a great time with this!

    How much does it cost?
