The goal is to start the year as your strongest most positive self! With this challenge I want to encourage a way of eating and an attitude that makes you feel good physically and mentally. And it is FREE!

Starting on Monday, January 4th, I will be posting on the site every day a small, doable challenge. I’ll be sharing on social media as well. Hi Kathleen! As noted in the post I will be posting on the site every day a mini, doable challenge. This is not a strict menu plan but a daily challenge to do every day that will help establish healthy habits.

I did this diet last year before the quarantine hit & I liked it but found it difficult because I don’t like a lot of vegetables. Is there a way to do this diet without too many veggies. I can do tomatos, broccoli, corn & peas but hate green beans, bell peppers, cauliflower, etc. Help!
Perhaps you can focus only on the vegetables you like.Vegetables are the main component of this way of eating.
