Yogurt: You want to choose yogurt that only has milk and or cream and live cultures. If it has other things such as gelatin, stabilizers, protein, sweeteners etc it’s not yogurt. You also want to choose plain yogurt, no sweeteners or flavorings. Also you may want to consider full fat as it contains beneficial substances and keeps you full. Do not choose fat free.
Honey: Choose a favorite variety and don't add too much. The yogurt should not be swimming in honey.
Nuts: Adding a few nuts such as walnuts or almonds, can add additional protein and some crunch.
Bread: A typical traditional Greek breakfast used to be yogurt with a slice of bread. If you want something that is not sweet you can consider this choice.
