Easy Greek Yogurt, Herb and Feta Dip

A super easy, refreshing and flavorful Mediterranean-diet-approved dip made with Greek yogurt and Feta. Great for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 ounces crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • A handful of fresh basil and mint (or 2 teaspoons of each dry basil and mint)
  • Fresh pepper
  • A pinch of kosher salt

Instructions

  • In a bowl, blend well the feta, yogurt and olive oil
  • Chop the fresh herbs and add them mixing again
  • Add the pepper and salt if needed and mix again.
  • Cover and let it sit in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
