Your lemon chicken Greek soup recipe is.. . Chefs kiss. Even the broth is on a different level. I’ve never added lemon to my consomme or stock. We’ve been ordering avgolenono from the local Greek place for a while now but honestly it doesn’t compare.
Plenty of experience with different things in the kitchen but this one is absolutely now a house favorite. I’d love to share some pictures but it doesn’t matter. ..Thank you for publishing this.

I tried the chocolate mousse recipe you recently posted on FB, the flavor is good however it never set up in fridge even after 24 hours.
Suggestions???
It usually is thick even before you place it in the refrigerator. You have to use full fat Greek yogurt, a lower fat yogurt will not have the best result.
