  1. Hello! I am unsure if you still answer post here but I have been trudging through the Mediterranean diet for the past 6 months for health reasons and weight loss and no difference. My dietitian recommended to me as I no longer wanted to do the Paleo diet. I ordered many books off of amazon and I always end up with bland,tasteless food that always left me hungry.
