First, congratulations on joining in this challenge! The fact that you are willing to look at your habits and make changes is a big step.
This challenge will last one week, each day will focus on one of seven different areas of practice based on Mediterranean lifestyle principles that have been proven to increase well-being, feel happier, be stronger and ultimately have a long and good life.
When it comes to being happy and well, we must be proactive. Things don’t just happen; we must make conscious decisions that eventually make us healthier and happier. This challenge will help you focus and make those changes that will ultimately become lifelong habits.
It is also important to be aware that you may be ahead in some habits and not so much in others, so I want you to personalize this challenge so that it works for your needs. In each habit I will include ways to assess yourself in certain areas to see where you stand. That way you can focus on where you need it the most.
Starting tomorrow you will receive an adaptable “challenge” for each of the seven practices.
